Upside Down Crab Bucket is a wellness center on a mission to provide a sense of support and safety for Jews, their allies, and the communities around them, to stop the defamation of the Jewish people, and to secure justice and fair treatment to all. To accomplish this, we provide educational courses, health and wellness services, and networking events for professionals, students, and the public at large. Our in-house Talent Acquisition Department has an opening for a Zouk Dance Instructor out of our Philadelphia location.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities Include:

• **Bonus if Zouk Instructor certification

• Min 3+ Years Partner Dancing experience

• Outlines a Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced progression workshop to supervisor for review
• Performs a mini-session to supervisor prior to class for final confirmation
• Strives to grow as an instructor and takes critical feedback well

• Intention to make everyone feel comfortable, welcome, and included

• Responsible for raising awareness of studio etiquette to new students

• Arrive 30 min prior to class to sign students in and prepare for class
• Clean the space after your class
